Level 1 Certification: DIY Team Building with PI
Learn best-in-class facilitation techniques to use these step-by-step activities with your teams using your PI data. In-house Certified Facilitators can super-charge their existing favorite activities with PI data or use one of 25 curated suggestions to create a common team language within your organization. Includes Facilitator’s Guide and slide decks.

Level 2 Certification: Level 1 PLUS Team Effectiveness Session Content
In addition to DIY Teambuilding with PI, being a Certified Facilitator for Team Effectiveness, including Team Group Analytics and Team Strengths/Cautions/Takeaways, will allow you to structure a teambuilding program using contrasting and overlapping styles plus overall team strengths and cautions to create a fantastic action plan for working together best. Launch your teams for ongoing success!

Level 3 Certification: Level 2 PLUS Team Discovery, Using your PI Solution to de-risk execution
For maximum results in team alignment, you’ll work alongside your PI Partner to leverage the full power of your Analytics and Team Discovery tools for engagement and productivity. Level 3 Facilitators will be able to place teams on a forward trajectory using Team Discovery Parts 1 & 2, matching core team strengths to objectives and strategically plotting actions, and addressing gaps.
